about blizzard I dont see in what world they could do smthing to a webforum that allow ppls to trade goods from the game, since the game itself is based on freedom to trade with whoever u want
also blizzard is dumb enought not to make their own website for trading d2 goods, wich would probably be a bad new for d2jsp and the best solution to really control the market.
In this scenario you could be asking blizzard to look after botters in the dedicated official d2 trading forum
