My knowledge on topic polls also involves polls others have created. This is out of past site activity, present active, and in some cases future activity. As I stated a user should Own the Topic Poll. In my eyes if one user can Own a Topic Poll, so can the next person or I. If you spent some time to take a look into that instead of starting lies and rumors about people then maybe you would understand how easily I could bring Hundreds of vote to any topic of my interest in matters of seconds/minutes.

Buddy topic polls isn't some kind of science.

Science is like chemicals and labs that scientists do.

Do you understand little buddy? :).

He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth it.

If a poll allows dynamic answers, it degrades the value of the answers and the poll itself.

I understand spam and trolling but I am not spamming here in any way.

I am trying to show you and others another way to understand part of the dynamics of topic polling on our site. It may also help show you why some parts of our site do not allow topic poll taking.
