Definitely not. As much as you have good intentions here this would be used when someone is having problems or could cause problems. When they returned anyone else who was paying attention and with intent could talk to the user about that time and situation.

It may also cause users to want to be able to close their accounts down and more. In addition to that Imo if someone is having trouble they should reach out to a friend or someone else. You can't do that with a temporary restricted account.
