Someone has made a recent suggestion about a signature idea that would work like that avatar feature does and in the manner of resizing an image.

This suggestion here seems like it builds off the other suggestion, or the other way around. In this manner I do think a new feature or Update to members Signatures activity would or could become streamlined.
