I feel like you could find the desired platform's sub forum for which you play it on and find a discussion thread for the newest title. That thread alone should suffice as a medium to discuss all information pertaining to the game.

Creating an entirely new subforum for just the mk series seems like a bit of overkill and I don't foresee any way that it'd sustain activity in the long term.

Given that it has platform versatility, that is a huge plus and it's convenient to play with friends.

I know it won't be like D2 or D3 with numbers, but I think from the active communities of MK I've seen out there, we could have decent numbers here.

Keep in mind, there are few other MK (online) series games that have smaller numbers than MK X, which could add further volume when considering the whole series.

The Sony and Xbox sub forums already have threads for this game
And each has very little activity
I have it on PS4 (MKX that is) and though I do enjoy the game
It gets kind of boring
There's only so many times you can pull off the same combos and the same fatalities until it looses its luster
And seeing as how I've finished all of the in game achievements I have even less desire in playing the game
I still play it from time to time but at this point, its only good in short spurts
