Would be interesting, but how would we be able to moderate someone who flashed someone their private parts but cannot prove it?

How is that problem any different than someone doing it on a Gif, or even with Youtube videos until Youtube catches on? I guess to answer your question, you delete the post then punish the account.


We already have a similar format known as a Gif. Only difference is .Webm's load faster and have the option for sound... Instead of having a gif and that MP3 player things Njag added we can just use .Webm's.

.Webm's are just embed self made videos. Like youtube, or a gif. They can be of other things that arn't self made too like videos or pictures that they have edited into the video.


Think youtube video that loads faster than youtube videos do. Has nothing to do with live streaming.

It's basically the format that is over taking gifs.
