I would of course see this feature managed the other way around - Instead of getting replies to this PM, why not it more of a "no reply" PM, that is sent out to everyone in the guild to let them know if a new application has been made and they need to vote, or if a new guild event is being arranged and discussed?

I would love to see this feature being implemented.

I have owned a guild, and been in guilds, and if I was in a guild right now, I wouldn't want random messages that aren't personally meant for me.

A thread is completely different and works a lot better because it doesn't harass you personally in any way.
