Voted yes for one but no for two. Reason being I've always wanted to be able to track a topic forever but whats the point in setting a limited time? Just track it for a month the remove it when your done.

1 is good, 2nd is unnecessary

You can just remove the topic when you feel like it instead

I think it's got the time so no one has like 500 topics tracked forever, slowing down the system. However nice idea for #1, it would be kinda cool to not have to go back and retrack/extend time to a topic u like.

Set a limit of say 25 topic allowed to track forever.... kinda like our inbox limit.

Yes from me for the suggestion #1, but i feel like the #2 isn't really needed.

suggestion 1 is good but suggestion 2 is kinda pointless as it takes 2 more clicks to set it to something other than the default
