I would say screen shot it all, compile it into something legible, and forward it to a staff member who can take care of it appropriately, a JM like you said.
i found out recently that a Senior Mod (I believe thats the right level) can see deleted comments, but you do have to PM a member of the mod team and only certain Moderators can see them, instead of just being able to report it.
