Neat idea but voted no be kinda odd to some who spend money to get stars vs some who just got lucky and gets a custom or tiers own star

Because whilst this is a fun idea, stars are an incentive for people who purchase fg and the prize of winning the lottery is fg.

We can do this in the form of a profile badge or other fun features though I think that could be explored!
