I do this manually myself every couple months. I start from the point where I last stopped adding, and add every fg in, fg out, and transaction. Doesn't take very long when you stay caught up, but fall behind and it is a nightmare.... or you make a mistake somewhere and have to start over.

It would be AMAZING if this was listed somewhere, whether it is always displayed or there be a little link u can click on to display it.
