I voted yes, because it would be narrowing down the report reason a bit.
However, I feel that the mods in this forums know their way around the rules perfectly good anyway and wont need someone to explain what that user is doing wrong, whether its flaming or perhaps violation of the law.
The moderators wont Skip to overlook at the report just because it was reported due to Excessive Flaming rather than Inappropriate images posted.

The reason I voted yes is probably because it would make it easier for the users who got their thread locked.
They will instantly know why, and wont need to post in General help for it.
But I'm not sure what I think now after I took my time writing this, perhaps I should have nulled.
