You have got to understand that a sub-forum isn't going to be added just because another language has gotten one.
Firstly, why are you comparing another language (in this case, hebrew) to arabic?
A stand-alone subforum requires heavy moderation and at least some minimal activity. (Correct me if I'm wrong?)
And frankily, I don't think that this is going to work with such a little population of arabic-speaking people on these forums.
I'm sure that after a while of collecting names, the arabic sub-forum will be added. And I'll be more than happy to change my opinion when that happens. I think that every language containing at least 100-200 people active people on D2jsp should get their own sub-forum, no doubt.
But at this state, unfortunately, I wouldn't believe it.
I put no, and I'm standing by it.
