No. I enjoy mass clearing, so I don't want a pop-up when I want to clear a guild topic out. Think about it, I have a 25 page guild topic, and I want to clear the first 10 pages. That's 100 posts, it would take far too long with a pop-up on every one.
I'd say just move the delete button away from the pin and quote buttons.
