Does not make sense to me.

If I block someone I want to ignore that person completely, what is the added value here? Why would anyone block a person but still want him/her to be able to have certain 'rights'? "I don't want him to PM me but he can view my gallery and profile" or "he can't view my gallery or profile but he may PM me" sounds pointless.

If I post a photo and people troll, I would have to set up different rights for each and every troller? That seems too time consuming with higher numbers of people and not worth the effort with low number of people. :blink:

Well its up to users how they want to use this feature. You can ofc block another user from everything, or leave one way to contact if he/she wants to apologize.

No way should a profile be blocked, nor should photos.
Commenting on them should be though.
