yes it would be useful, you will have a lot more success if you spend some time developing your idea so you can present a complete case for them. If you just toss out and idea and leave the work of developing it to the admin team, then chances are it wont get done. Design the change, show them some screenshots of the options in use and explain the basics of it and you will have a much better chance of successfully implementing this.

which is why it should be setup with a second comment box for your own comment, and leave the forum gold sender's 'comment' alone entirely.
