I like this idea, but if only given to very trusty people

I would vote yes because my guild did this in the past with success but we all knew and trusted each other for a long time and it was never and outstanding amount of fg that could be borrowed. On other hand i do believe a lot of people would take advantage and most people who do scam no they are going to be locked or banned so they take the fg and drop it really quickly on items or other things and be on there way so yes it is possible to scam people with this system.

i would keep it to guild only and on your own forums and only have certain people lending out ie guild leader or very trusted co leaders or high ranked
i would also make time lines for loans to be paid back and ask the user borrowing what his interest rate should be for ever day hes late on the payment after the agreed time has been up and yada yada yada you know how it works

This is a very good idea. The majority of the people voting no didn't read your part where you wrote how scamming would be a minimum. The guild leader (as you suggested) should have full control over who can/can't take gold out of the bank. This puts all risks on the guild leader and none on the guild members.

Maybe it has or hasn't been addressed yet, I don't want to read through 47+ pages.

But you should also add a limit to how much certain people you trust can withdraw from the bank per day...

example, you give 4 users permission to withdraw, however they can only withdraw let's say, 500 fg per 24 hours.

The guild leader, can of course, set different amounts for different users based on how much he trusts them.
But there should definately be a limit added. This way they can't scam the whole bank.
