That'd be a good function to have -- but it is true about what people have said about deleting posts rapidly, but I do like the idea of the delete confirmation. I was thinking on something such as, you could possibly have a little check box next to a delete button per post, therefore, it'll let you delete multiple posts at once - Check all of the boxes of the certain posts you want, than you'll hit delete, and it'll bring up the confirmation window.
