I'm not sure if you have to add them or not beforehand (I don't use the service), but whether this is the case or not, you would only chat with your friends anyway, and if you were friends with them, you'd already have them added, surely?

People will complain on the cost. (it gets FG out of the system BOTH ways now, purchasing, and ENDING alliances).
If this ever were implemented, I don't think there should be a cost involved...
But, if it ever did, I know that there definitely would be a cost, so I wouldn't use it. I'd just get around it for free as mentioned earlier

Sorry to seem so critical; I just really don't see it the way you / many other people do I guess... I definitely wouldn't pay for this, should it come to pass
I'd just get around it for free through the dIM + guild chat way I mentioned, which I repeat, we can already do very easily.
And the ladder slasher features kind of eliminates the "guild only" factor. I REALLY dislike the shared vault, would encourage scamming, cause accusations, split up friends, may even split up whole guilds...
