If you can read properly you should see the totally diffrent Words and Serbs dont write in Latin, but look also what Wikipedia says:

ofc they are similar, there are very few words which are completely diferent, and even then - everybody from ex-yugoslavia understands it.

If you want your own subforum just because of cyrilic - go to russian subforum and write cyrilic as much as you want.

There is no such thing like "your topic" - this is Paul´s site/server, thus he is the only one who can say "my topic" on this website. Furthermore, you can not say any1 to leave one of the topics, since this is " Site Suggestions" subforum, and everybody is free to give his pro/contra on your suggestion.
Spam? - I made just another suggestion - gave reason why its not needed to have that subforum.
Flame? Where, I see none.

We should think that some1 who joined this forums 4 years ago should know what you can report and what not, but you obviously are showing that its not the case.
Reporting ppl which dont share your opinion is kinda poor, and wont bring a shit anyway.
