I like the concept of it pretty much being an "I was not told"
Then it becomes a null excuse for people who break the rules (A lot of the time on purpose) then use the "I didn't know" as an excuse.
Would work very well, and even the two links you referenced above have more then enough information to get what they need. From how to post, where to post, to how to not get scammed and safe trading overall. I'm seeing a TON of scammer accusations coming up recently from newer 2016 members who (assuming they aren't multi's) obviously did not read about how to trade safely.
