sometimes the guild has expenses
which are easilt covered by me

if im not there

any of my admins should be able to with draw funds for dueling laegue fees or LS vault xfers

i like it

i saw some people fear scams and then more work for the mediators which are already quiet busy.

a 100% guarantee to avoid scams: the fg deposited in the bank could be only used to buy guild features.

That would avoid scams, but nearly cut the limitations of the idea by a significant amount.
I think through limiting Withdrawal amounts, limiting withdrawal rights, and gold logs to keep track of everything, scams shouldn't be a significant problem.
