This would actually be a good idea.
Lots of people dont even know you can buy an Existing guild.

This would help out either guild sellers and potention buyers.

It's very hard to find actual pinned topic for guilds for sale, I've sold/purchased a few and I think this would be great.

/e I know you can search for it but there is like 2-3 that says "current" so it becomes hard to find actual one and takes quite a bit of searching.
Maybe a more easy to find stickied one even.

if I haven't already commented this is a 100% yes from me mate, be much more simplified then having a General chat section and a DF section then hunting screen to find the post
