Want to delete 1 message ok!!! Hold on while we redirect you!!!
Would you like to delete that from your trash storage also?? Yes? HOLD ON LEMME REDIRECT.
Send a pm? LEMME REDIRECT THAT.

D2jsp heard you liked some redirect so we redirected the redirect in a new redirected redirection.

Lol
Dickmountain levels of archaic malarkey.

Certain redirect pages add to the user experience and help show the user the action was completed successfully.

Certain redirects like every you delete a message or clear the trash certainly add to the experience called frustrating archaic bullcrap.
I don't need a redirect to know whether or not a message was deleted.

Ignored topic. Carry on.

The redirect pages for deletion of messages and moving PMs show a temporal text that is very important to the user. In this case, it's "Thanks, You have deleted 1 message(s)."

IIRC, other redirect pages show a temporal text number as well, for other functionalities

there are better ways (and modern) to give a feedback to the user which is the point of my request

Hello all,

I think that it would be great to have the redirect page replaced by a notification overlay on the page much smaller confirming the action we just did.

Your PNG resolution is based on the capacity of your PC and graphic card setup in combination of the screen size you created it for.

Basically I use 250% Chrome enlargement to read the text of the image you posted, and it did jack shit on my PC graphics / resolution (yup, PC, not a phone). Not your fault, played other games and addressed the same issue with the game creators of those other games posting updates etc.

Anyway, it is my understanding that you want "Redirection" to be more user friendly right?
Now, this would also mean that the coding uses a form of "Search" criteria right?
Then, the search criteria will need a "Subject" criteria right?
Then you would also have to give the "Subject" criteria a "Genre" right?

Are you lost now? I am, but to put it simply, if you were to go to an anime or tv / movie Site, you can select a "Genre", you also may want to identify by "Dub/Sub", or you may want to identify "Year" and a number of other factors.

Can you apply the correct coding for this to be implemented here on JSP?

Lol no. Your suggestion is even more confusing. The user will see redirect pages, then see that at the top

There are already certain features that use different forms of notifying for actions, specifically called a "toast" as in your screenshot. (Image attaching, and notifications being an example of them).

As has been pointed out, for important notifications, we do use a redirect. For reference, nearly every click of a link is also a redirect, which makes these things easier, faster, and more efficient: 1) multiple tabs, 2) background tab operations (such as replying into a background tab), 3) quick (near instant) refreshing of specific pages, all of this without having to reload massive libraries to manage an entire site infrastructure.

This has been found to be a tried and true method that not only is fast and efficient, but also works well in notifying a user of an important change that has occurred, without confusion or possibility of a duplicate action being taken.

Thanks for the feedback as we continue to make UI improvements over time.
