There is real merit to this suggestion.

#1 It will inform people of the trading rules whether they are new or not.
#2 It will reduce the workload for the Mods that are governing that trade section.
#3 It will also help Mods to clearly punish re-offending people trading and ignoring the Rules.

I am sure the implementation of this will be a minor addition and will NOT affect the Site.

Very good points made. Voted No before seeing this post but after reading these points i don't ever see this happening.
