Their is player trading and auction house trading.
Item depending, not all items are tradable.

also there will be many way to trade betwen users, to selling runs, buying gold, buying mats for craft or battle items, ecc.... dunno how the most played mmo incoming dont have a section when there are like 10-15 mmos literally dead that own a dead sub forum place.
