How does volume in/out indicate a trust score?

How much fg comes and goes from my account is nobody's business but my own unless I end up in a Scammer Accusation thread (which I will not)

Voted no. I don't see how this helps anything. There are always going to be issues about who should go first and that's just up to the users to decide between themselves. If this is the difference between someone going first or not, you could offer to show them your gold log. I doubt that is very common though. No need for our in/out to be displayed for all to see at all times. It would just lead to people using a "3/4 rule" instead of a "2/3" rule anyway

Something that is fairly common with traders is "following the 2/3 rule" which means that they will only give first if the other user has at least two of three of the following:

More FG
More posts
Earlier join date

What I'm saying is that this "Gold In/Out", if it were a thing, people would probably just say "I follow the 3/4 rule" meaning that the other trader must have 3 of 4 of the following:

More FG
More FG In/Out
More posts
Earlier join date

Just had a thought - this would be a nice idea if it was toggleable by user - for example, do I want people to see my FG in/out/volume or number of transactions.

The only downside to this is that some people might not be willing to trade with people who do not share this kind of information, but if they do then they might seem to be more trustworthy

This will not stop people from scamming

Sorry voted no, Main problem I see would be Multis/Scammers could easily just send FG back and forth to each other to make themselves look trustworthy before attempting to scam.

It would be giving people who believe that more fg in/out a false sense of security, which would make them easier to scam.

Yeah I dropped the idea too, I have a much better solution I'm working on that I'm sure will see a 99%+ Yes ratio, although it would require some coding.

Any ways I can close my own thread?
