That is just the way it is, there is a large amount of scammers and few people trusted and dedicated enough to work on the s/a team and they want to be sure each person is given a fair chance to prove their innocence.
The system is not perfect but it is better than sheer anarchy and that is what your suggestion would create.

but was there a lot of cases when a scammer been reported by accident..
Need to block who on suspiction 1stly then discuss of proves and stuff, this way more safety..
what about trolls? its kinda not on rules but no one care never, they also got rights?
as I said b4 whats the problem to add a block button on site for topics like u can blacklisted from PM?
it provides ppl to fight against each other in topics while the main problem can be decided ez
