I think something closer to being able to pm 3-5 people at once would be a better start. Guilds like yours, or Mount Olympus would surely cause issues sending out a single pm to everyone.
But looking more so at not restricted to guild, as if they need they can use push notifications on a topic strictly for announcements and they’ll get a message when you post in it.
Not a bad idea.
I will still have to pm every 1 to do that.
