+1, rules need updated to reflect actual policy.

You cant sell accounts = you cant sell account with name, you cant buy level service of your account, you cant give your account informations.
Its for any game in d2jsp not only diablo2 do you understand it now?

You can trade names sell names yes.
You delete the name so buyer will create it again, thats how it is allowed and only possible.
You can allways Delete the name so other person will create it, there is nothing ilegal on it if you think well.

You cannot sell name in account sell account with names.
Its written correctly for all games.
No acc sell and names of chars in any game because only by selling accounts is possible to get name in game?

But diablo2 has possibility to delete characters = name can be recreated. Thats why you can sell name in d2.
But no sell accounts and names by selling accounts in d2 and any other game except Eve.

I see its hard with some people i understand mods in many cases..

i must be. i read the rules over and over again... cant read anything about name trades. only that they are generally illegal (Exceptions: Eve Online).

Just go around the rules and you’re good.
Mod closed my topic for “breaking the rule” which he claimed was there, but rule never existed in the first place on the whole list.
Told him I’ll fuck his brains out and to gtfo from my message box. Guy apologised.
Half of the mods dont know rules either (at least thats my feeling), why should you?

Ilegal to trade accounts, names, chars except eve.
Correct 100% is ilegal for all games in general,
wow, runescape, d2 all all games Except eve online.
You cant sell names and characters and accounts in any online game except eve.
Do you see? Is correct 100% Ilegal.

What info you want to add to trade rules?
Info that you can delete your character in diablo2 game?
Evryone knows it and noone can prohibit you to delete your character.
Its no rule has nothing to do with the rules, its game mechanics specific to diablo2.
If you want something to add, read first, rules are applied to all games same with some exceptions as it is Eve on this one.

Deleting character @ diablo2 is no rule and never was.
And it has nothing to do with account sell, account details.
Its your or anyone own thing if they delete character..
