I personally do not like the idea of "Guild Points" being the focus here, as this can be abused, so change it to "Master Quest" amounts to unlock the perks.
Some additional ideas to your list could be:
1. 1-3% chance to get an extra map when completing a maze.
2. 1-3% Item drop quality from an Uber Chest on a Map
3. 5-10% Item drop quantity
etc [increasing map mods maybe]
At the present stage of this game, the drops are worse than before.
How about other things like guilds that do not have many players, and in some cases they solo more.
1. 1-3% chance to double guild points [fail or pass] ... Note: this only applies if using the "Master Quest" for unlocking "Perks"
2. 5% more XP / item drop rate / item quality.
Anyway, undecided in my vote.

Thanks for the input to clear up confusion of how the perks work
Your guild will have a level or progress bar seem better because of softcore and hardcore
Example
Perk System = This is the 1 time purchase your guild would buy to unlock the ability to level up your guild their would be one for soft core and one for hardcore you guild would have the ability to choose which one you want or both or maybe you just buy it and it goes for both cores.
Once your guild has purchsed this feature your guild will start earing xp which is gained though your guild getting gps or for mq's done you dont spend gps or anything they just give x amount of xp to your guilds lvl so for an easy example 1gp =1xp you need 100xp to level your guild to lvl 1.
When your guild reaches level 1 the guild perk will be unlocked and will be active to the core it was unlocked on you dont have to buy this perk you just get them for lvling up your guild and so on and so on each lvl of your guild gets harder to get.
the thing is if you do it by mq guild that are smaller or not very active on ls will take longer to lvl which is why i would say gps would be better because then even a guild who slashes once in a while could get higher lvl perks with some passes and stuff. I do see your point though with gps being abused so maybe only gps earned though the master quest would get added as xp and maybe somthing like mirror maze would add x amount of xp to your guild. keeo in mind though xp is capped per week until you get level 20 or so.
as for your perks i like them would love to hear more ideas about perks

Another addition that would be cool that could help the community with new slashers as well
Guild challenges for xp instead of just doing gps or master quest you could gain xp though challenges like so
x/5 Guild only group would reward your guild x amount of xp
x/5 Mixed group of guild and pubs rewards your guild with x amount of xp
x/5 Mirror maze rewards your guild x amount of xp
x/5 each person is from different guild rewards x amount of xp
So each time you would do a challenge you would earn x amount of xp for your guild with 5 being the max you could do that challenge each week.
