Not everything is translated in the other languages.
It should be all in the language you choose but i think thats way to much work for all existing languages and you wont get much from that.
Most of the words which are not translated does almost everybody know.

I understand your point but I somewhat believe that either you translate something or you don't, this is somewhat left half completed IMO.
