Using the guild note-box is retarded no one even bothers with it, Also with big messages you don't want to post to the guild note-box. As a guild owner to a pretty big active guild, It can be a pain to send multiple pms out to even my 10 admins. let alone a guild update. You would have to PM everyone to check the guild note-box so it's not very practical for larger guilds.
I love this Idea, I feel as though It should have already been implemented and find it very unusual that it isn't already.
So to combat all the comments about this topic being brought up and denied before I overlooked someone who said have your members track a topic. Well I can say for my guild chat topic we go through pages of text in a matter of minutes because of our conversations. Announcements would get lost in the pages and things that are pinned once again you would have to PM everyone to tell them there is an announcement pinned at the front page of the guild topic.
Apparently the logic is we all "should" look at all the pinned posts when looking at the guild chat.
Not only is that annoying, no one does it............. Ain't nobody got time for that.........
