Trying to identify what the problem is here. Third party programs and hacks are absolutely not allowed, and if seen within topics can be reported and the thread will be closed.
There is nothing in the rules as far as I can see about unperm items. The methods of making them are against the rules, but not selling them. The only problem that can come from this is unperm as perm sales.
Jsp can't irradiate all dupes. D2 is absolutely filled to the brim with them. If they are identified as such and not marketed as permanent items, and there is still a market for such things, I don't see the problem.

Give me a link to where it is in the rules? I honestly can't find it. I know there was a section when I joined, but I can't find it now.
It's not jsp's job to fix East's problem, that's something that Blizzard needs to take into its own hands, which I understand isn't happening.
I just don't see how jsp could effectively determine if an item is duped or not. I know there's some situations where it's extremely obvious, but there's a huge gray area there.

No. It isn't their job to fix the server problems. If you read, you'd see that this is not about that.

It is about d2jsp living up to their own rules. If you're going to suspend and warn people for talking about it, then you would absolutely HAVE to suspend and warn those who are DOING IT AND TALKING ABOUT IT OPENLY.

Not only that, but if you're going to LOCK people who have been put in the scammer accusation as a duper, then these people deserve locks... It is that simple. They should not be above the law. I watch this law enforced DAILY on d2jsp. And they seem to slide right through it everytime...
