Seriously, if it is short enough, it is hard to abuse. 30-60seconds for example.

It could still be abused. You don't have to complete the trade, you could only "drag" the customer by misleading title and than edit (who checks topic title when you initiate the trade honestly?).
If you compare amount of accidents in topic titles vs possible abuse... Nope, I don't like it.
