I'm tempted to say yes, although it kind of won't really work; What I mean by that is, the Guild Masters who want to use it will do, and those who won't want to will simply type in: ''Because I said so, dfhjkjvfdcefghj, don't want you, bye, etc.'' Personally, I used and still am a Guild Master that likes things done correctly and with respect. Before kicking someone, I'll tell them why and warn the leader(s) in my Guild. This won't force anyone to use it properly, kind of waste of time to get this to work.
Unless you find something that will convince me, I'll hold my vote.
which is why I said it should be optional.
It gives the person leaving a chance to say good-bye to the guild-master and vice-verse.
