How do you proposed we get these "Gift Cards".
If in stores, this will require a lot of work by Paul. Finding stores and not ALL stores will have, leaving users that do not live by one that have them to face the same situation, no credit cards or Gift Cards.
If by online then a credit card will be required, so now we're back to square one.
More thought needs to be put into this, to be honest.

Everyone has a bank account these days. And with that have access to use Paypal.

And those who do not live by those stores? And do not own a credit card at the same time? Back to square one for those user.

Edit: Not saying its a bad idea, just not worth it for Paul to do so.

You can pay for the GIFT CARD in cash as well....and if they do not live by those stores, then they live in the middle of nowhere.....because idk a single person who does not live by one..

i would like this, but i dont know many who use jsp near mine(uk)
and it would have to be profitable ALOT for paul to set somthing like this up, as you have to pay for them to be made, alot of coding for voucher entering
then finding places that would buy them off paul to sell
