think about it
people pop in and out of the section but dont post all the time
so why not have the ability to give all jsp users access to the receipts but they dont have to post

I for one didn't even know the culinary arts forum existed.

But as the user above posted, if the purpose of this add on is what the forum was attended to do, Its not much of an "idea"

Don't get me wrong. I plan on sharing some simple recipes there, and will hope other people post too
