Not needed imo. There is a greasemonkey script that pretty much does this for you.

Don't want to download an unnesscary script for this

Rather have it access on JSP, for everyone reguardless of what brower you use.

no its super annoying when people type in colors and bold trying to stand out etc
if you want to do it, either install said script or do it manually -.-

Same as above, what about IE users?, why can you have the functions for every post but not for a permanently post?
