I've always thought about suggesting this myself. This would be extremely helpful to those who track a lot of topics.

making it so the arrow's are clickable is a nice idea imo, u could organize them.

yes that's the intention. up and down arrows would be nice but since he only did up arrows in the guild I figured that's all I'd get there also.

Hmm, this would function like the PM Folders, I would like that, I could move the topics I used a lot to the top, even though the topics I use the most(Guild ones) are already at the top, it would be nice to be able to move other topics I view regularily upwards.
