Yeah it wouldnt get flooded because there are like what 300 max usually in us east playing diablo lets say.. each only able to put one or 2 items on the list max would make no flood.. a organized list would make it easier to read and when u find the item u click it and it takes u to the topic the item was being sold on and then u post/message to buy, simple..
