hell. yes. also have the auctions with the least time left first on the list (like eebay). i think if they did this, it would eliminate a lot of the garbage and keep jsp a little more organized. also more fair to people who actually want to sell things.

absolutely not. the db needs 1 new field for the end of the auction. rest will be done via JS/ajax, clientside.

of course it must be optional!

another options would be to sort based on item time left, so you could see the auction for a fort or something with the least time left
