This is how it is designed but several of us, me included cannot exit the game at all. I've clicked well over 100 times trying to exit with nothing happening. When we all need to exit I have to tell others to please exit since that'll exit me as well. It really pisses me off when someone won't exit and keeps attacking and the healer is gone and so is everyone else. I usually have to hit f5 but that doesn't mean I left the game. The exit door does not work for me(although it does on occasion), something like a hotkey would be very very welcome.
