I totally agree that it gets frustrating to see people stop fighting especially on EPs
and grab anything that drops just to be sure no one else can take it.
Of course the majority doesnt even think about saying thank you or
sharing something after the party carried them a long way.
Shrining items all the time which others could use very well is simply selfish and bad mannered

Im extremely tired of this because it happens more and more frequent and ruins the party play.
Till now, i am mainly playing healing characters to help the party and maintain long runs.
As a reward, im the stupid one usually who doesnt get anything because im busy to keep people alive.
Im in need of a LOT items to glyph and if i cant get anything while playing the costs will explode.
My consequence to this is either stop the healing in public runs and play melee to get at least a bit
or withdraw from catacomb runs with people who are known for such a behaviour.
Even if it makes the climbing harder again because there are not too many people online...
There is one difficulty to the suggestion i would like to keep in mind though:
It happens very easily to pick up the junk items of the low tiers accidentally while fighting/healing.
Have like 3 to 4+ of them per run easily, maybe one should count the items not to be deleted like from lvl 10+ or so.
Edit:
Quick thought: Maybe one should add this "no delete during run" function just for items of EPs
to make sure people dont stop fighting in order to click in the dark to get anything?
