And there are over 6 million people in New Jersey alone, are you starting to see how unlikely this is?

and another large chunk are inactive

and your situation could arise with or without an app or a special jsp mobile

but I highly doubt you would be letting a stranger use the internet on your phone anyways

wrong, jsp scans people ( like when you win the lotto ) to see if you have been on the same isp as someone else then you get st. lots of people upon winning the lotto have been.
