actually, i dont even mind if the loan sharks work around it. it'll be more work for the loan shark at the end of the day, and if they want to try to abuse the system, and get caught doing it, punish them.

this just really goes to show how insane some of these loan sharks are.

99% of people wouldnt even loan their friend/family/co-worker $500, but these guys are loaning people over the internet $20K?

also - i have no idea why people are trying to defend loan sharks here and their 'rights'. predatory loans are frowned upon irl, why isnt it frowned upon here?

I get where you are coming from but jsp will never get involved with monitoring loan amounts. If theres a way around it bnp will find a way.

Loans are not supported by d2jsp and are considered as illegal trades (when offering) and begging (when requesting). Despite that, in the SA we do not tolerate any scams taking place between jsp users and are going to take action when necessary.

We are not going to be “regulating” loans in any way shape or form.
