If they have 10% warn and they start posting Pard topics in GC or any other subforum, they should get another 10%.

This will effectively encourage them to be more respectful of the site rules when posting in Pard IMO.

I think it's pretty clear; it's a violation of the site rules. At its core warn evasion if the user has 10% warning ESPECIALLY if the user received the warn originally in PaRD.
