The issue is what is the need for it? Other than your own personal desires? Voted no.

E/ You can already view recent posts and topics. Just don't see the point in this one it'll be abused (I don't think that's your intention).

As far as the only for friends part you're still pretty new here but a lot of us have friends on our friends list from 10 years ago that we just added to add. There's more cons than pros imo.

Guilds are a useless function unless you play ladder slasher.
Friends list is just a personal thing.

You can already use the search function to search a users name, or even add it to your address book so that way you can easily view whoever you want by just clicking on your address book.

Yes but is a manual, individual, repetitive task. What I am proposing is a regular automatic push

I get that but it’s not necessary. If you want to follow someone just go to their profile like everyone else and check their recent topics/posts.

It wouldn’t be like the ^ tagging method of push notifications.
