it doesn't need to be there (the option to involve mediators). This new type of topic could also close the bidding automatically
if someone bids the "bin (buy it now)" amount.

Alot of coding for something really not needed,also feel this would lead to mediators getting request when one or both users are afk and not ready to trade,wasting their time
