Seems like it might be a new addition under "General Chat"? Something people can talk about world news that's spooky or seemingly unnatural? Discuss conspiracies, movies, real-life mysteries etc.

Even maybe making like a "Mystery" sub-forum?

What do you guys think?

Renaming PaRD and GC to "Paranormal Information" would work as well
